Daisuke, Takeshi and Tomoko were able to join us, and Takeshi's incredibly fast Japanese rap was the highlight of the evening;) Tomoko has been a great friend to me, always patient with my Japanese questions and always making time to hang out!

Eby-I got this blog address from Tonya's Dad (who is now my boss :))...I have enjoyed checking out your pics and "seeing" you again! I love the picture of Denny & Sara. It looks as though you've really enjoyed Japan. Busy here-the girls are all running around, talking up a storm and our TV plays nothing but Elmo. We recently got an Elmo Wild Wild West DVD-ok, I'm thinking quarter horses, bison, cowboys & Elmo....well, one of the first scenes was a Fresian tacked up with a western saddle, exhibiting a great amount of patience as some green horns try to mount. I just had to laugh-what the heck? The days of riding the Lumberjack trail & hanging out in the tack shed seem so far away. Hope you're doing well.
